At 4 Real Magazine U.S., we provide digital content and membership-based access.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate content access, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
1. Digital Products
All digital downloads, member-exclusive articles, and online content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for:
- Downloaded materials
- Accessed member content
- Completed subscriptions periods
2. Membership Subscriptions
Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected.
- Cancellations prevent future charges.
- Cancellation does not retroactively refund previous payments.
- Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at:

We will review legitimate billing mistakes promptly.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate termination of membership
- Permanent account suspension
- Collection action where legally permitted
We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with payment processors.
We may also use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website so we can improve content and performance.
